Your submissions: By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information (“Submissions”), you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. We shall own this Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use and dissemination for any lawful purpose, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

By sending us Submissions, you confirm that you will not post or transmit anything illegal, harassing, hateful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, false, inaccurate, deceitful, or misleading. You also waive any moral rights to such Submission and warrant that Submissions are original to you and do not constitute confidential information.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (3) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (4) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services.

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. As a user, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, especially to learn sensitive account information such as passwords.

• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or connected networks.
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents.
• Attempt to bypass any access restriction measures of the Services.
• Copy or adapt the Services’ software including Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
• Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software comprising the Services.
• Use any spider, robot, scraper, or offline reader to access the Services, except as the result of standard search engine or internet browser usage.
• Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or for any revenue-generating commercial enterprise.

The Services may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials, including text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information (collectively, “Contributions”). Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Services and through third-party websites.

When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to do so and that your Contributions comply with all applicable laws and these Legal Terms.

You and the Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide and your choices (including settings). By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights associated with them. You are solely responsible for your Contributions and expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Legal Terms; (3) refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property.

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We have no obligation to update any information on our Services and will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems requiring maintenance that may result in interruptions, delays, or errors. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the place of registration of LexHour.

11.1 Informal Negotiations: The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any Dispute informally. Such informal negotiations shall commence upon written notice from one party to the other and continue for at least 30 days before beginning formal arbitration proceedings. Disputes eligible for informal resolution include: user account disputes, content removal or moderation disputes, platform functionality disputes, and minor contractual disputes.

11.2 Disputes Subject to Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms or the use of the Services — including contractual obligations, user or contributor rights, content submissions, intellectual property rights, account access, suspension or termination, indemnification, liability, or damages — shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update or change the Services at any time without prior notice.

Disputes involving rights in rem, criminal liability, statutory violations, or matters requiring urgent or equitable relief shall not be subject to arbitration. Such disputes include claims relating to intellectual property infringement, unauthorized use of content, data theft, hacking, breach of confidentiality, invasion of privacy, impersonation, or any unauthorized access to the Services. LexHour reserves the right to seek interim, injunctive, or equitable relief from courts of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, proprietary rights, and platform integrity.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR OR THIRD-PARTY USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES (IF ANY). CERTAIN LAWS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OR ALL OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (1) your use of the Services; (2) your breach of these Terms; (3) your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (4) any harmful conduct toward other users. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume control of the defence of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate fully.

We may collect and process data related to your use of the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

Your use of the Services, emails to us, or online forms constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive communications electronically, which satisfy any legal requirement for written notices under the Information Technology Act, 2000. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SERVICES.

These Legal Terms, together with any policies or guidelines posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and LexHour regarding your use of the Services. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or any other provision.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Legal Terms at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, cyber incidents, governmental actions, or force majeure events. If any provision of these Legal Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. You agree that electronic acceptance of these Legal Terms constitutes a valid and binding agreement.
